My 3 children were taken in paducah long story short there is an investigator named Patricia Estes and without mine or my wifes knowlege she was going in between us and telling the two of us that if we didnt divorce and get epo's on eachother we would never see our children again!! but let me back up for a min the reason she got involved in the first place was because my 3 year old son had run in the road in front of a police officer and that was enought o get a case opened. anyways after she scared us into getting emergency order of protections against eachother and i saw through her and dropped mine but my wife didnt. now mind you neither my wife nor myself knew she had decieved us like this and when we went to court for the epo's she requested that my children be removed from the home due to domestic violence when in reality there was never any problems between us so the judge granted the removal and now i have to do parenting classes and 28 weeks of anger management and also random drug testing at my own expence because i am on prescribed narcotics! and my wife has to do parenting and domestic violence counseling!

please does anyone have any suggestions or advice on what we can do to press charges or get the investigator investigated? and she also shows up to every court date and laughs at us when she is no longer supposed to be involved in the case it just beginning to be harrassment

hire a lawyer thats what we did and they backed down tell him/her ur situation
